Swap meet spots are 20′ x 30′
Rent costs will be:
1 spot for $40
2 spots for $80
3 spots for $105
4 spots for $140
6 spots for $190
8 spots for $230
10 spots for $275
12 spots for $310
Prices effective September 1, 2025. Subletting of spots is not allowed. We have had issues in the past where vendors will buy many spots and then “sub-lease” to another vendor. Only the person who rents swap meet spots will be allowed to set-up in these specific paid spots and not have other “Swappers” join.
